Since 25 May 2018, your privacy in the European Union is protected by the General Data Protection Regulation, abbreviated GDPR. As a company in the EU, we do everything we can to respect these laws and thus fully protect your privacy day after day.

What personal information do we collect from you?

In order to carry out our activities as a company, we collect your personal data in several ways:

1.) The Eroticious website uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferences. We can also optimize our website with this. You can opt-out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it does not store cookies anymore. In addition, you can also delete all the information previously saved via the settings of your browser.
2.) When you subscribe to our newsletter or make an account,  you register via your email address. As a result, in addition to this email address, we often have your name, a portrait photo or a limited amount of information that you released when you created your email account.

3.) When ordering a physical product, we need more data to be able to send it to you.  These are your name, delivery and invoicing address, telephone number, and possibly your account number. In short, everything that we need to have to make your delivery possible, to send you an invoice and to collect the payment.

4.) Some of our activities include taking portrait and model photos and video recordings on behalf of the customer. These photos and videos are viewed as personal data and thus treated in this way.

5.) We have insight into data of who visits our website in the form of an IP address, the type of device, operating system, browser and which pages were visited. This data is only used to improve our website and our marketing strategy.


What happens to your data?

Your data is carefully stored on our computers. These computers are protected by an updated antivirus program.

Which information is communicated to third parties?

Your personal data is NEVER sold to third parties or used for direct marketing without your written consent! This does not fit within our business activities and does not fit within our corporate policy!

Your personal data is also NOT communicated to third parties unless this is required and is part of our normal activities. When we send you a physical product, most probably this product was produced by a third party and is delivered directly to you by this company or a transport company. In this way, your data, necessary for the delivery of this product, is entrusted to them. This concerns your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We take no responsibility for the handling of your personal data by these third parties. However, this company is also obliged to comply with the legislation regarding the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR.

How long can we keep your data?

All personal data is kept for a period necessary to provide our services, with a maximum of 20 years.

Can I update or delete my data?

You have the right to take note of your personal data at any time for free, to change or delete them and to do so by unsubscribing to our newsletter, sending us an e-mail to or per letter to PIKTSJE,   Zuidkaai 2/301    8870 Izegem,   Belgium, with a copy of both sides of your identity card.

In the case of photo and video recordings on our own request, a contractual agreement has been drawn up whereby we have the copyright and the right to publish the photos and videos for an unlimited time. Of course, these cannot be deleted from our files at the request of the model.
